Atheism, Darwinism, and the Need for Creationism

Many wonder why atheism arose substantially only recently in human history. Every nation in history believed in a higher power until modern times, not only in nations where monotheism was practiced but also in places were many gods or multiple gods were worshiped. Many believe that there is part of human nature that creates a need for a higher power and that humans are designed by God to need a higher power. Even the Native Americans who lived far away from the traditional religious centers in Asia and had no knowledge of the Bible believed in supernatural gods or higher powers. Atheism only emerged significantly in the 19th and 20th centuries, predominately in Europe and Asia after the emergence of Darwinism. The impact of the beliefs of Charles Darwin had a strong influence in the rise of atheism in the world. Darwin’s teachings falsely convinced people that a higher power was not needed and that humans had a naturalistic origin along with the earth and the universe. In addition, Darwinism and macroevolution falsely convinced people that the Bible is incorrect and cannot be trusted. Darwinism is also believed to have influenced the rise of communism and communist nations, where religion is banned and the state government has strong authority. Individuals must pledge allegiance to the state government in the communist philosophy. The rise of atheism and secularism in the world today in recent history is the reason that the creationist message is important to the world, a message that gives great evidence that the world and the universe was created and designed by an intelligent higher power and therefore confirms the Bible. A message that affirms that our rights as citizens do not come from government alone but originate from God. If God is our creator, human rights ultimately and originally were issued by God. Government did not create man but has been granted temporary authority to supervise man. Our ultimate rights come from God. It is evident that globalists and supporters of communist-style governments want to eliminate God and religion from society and culture in order to have complete control over people. This is not to say that people should not obey the government laws of their respective nations. Otherwise, there could be chaos in the world. Jesus Christ said that people should render or give unto Caesar what belongs to Caesar (Matthew 22:21). However, there are certain unalienable rights endowed to mankind by their Creator, including life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, as written by Thomas Jefferson. The evidence for creation resides not only in the scriptures themselves but this evidence is also abundant in nature and true science continues to confirm the creationist message which in turn confirms the word of God in the Bible.
