When Was Man Created? Day 6
by Owen Borville
Day Six of Creation Week.
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Genesis 1:27.
This is one thing that evolutionists have trouble explaining, in addition to the origin of man itself.
Evolutionists have difficulty of explaining the origin of male and female. In addition to the origin of life and the simplest living cells, how were cells divided into male and female and how did they acquire the ability to reproduce?
If life began with single-celled organisms, how did they divide into male and female versions and obtain the ability to reproduce without a divine creation?
God is the Creator of life and in addition only He can create living things that reproduce life themself.
God designs living things with the ability to reproduce and living things reproduce new living things, just as God designed their bodies to do so. Almost every living thing reproduces with male and female versions combining together, and this is God's Design.
It is safe to say that there would be no life on earth with the inability of living things to reproduce new living things, virtually all of which occur with the union of male and female versions. Even those few living organisms that reproduce without male and female versions, the ability to reproduce life must come only from a Divine Creator.
If man cannot produce life in the laboratory, how can one believe that the origin of life is a random accident? To believe that the origin of male and female is a random accident of evolution is absurd and this takes more faith than to believe that God created all life fully mature in its current state.
The evidence of Design in the simplest living cells and living organisms is strong evidence of a Special Creation event, an even that creationists believe occurred some 6,000 years ago.
