Mount Ararat or the Mountains of Ararat are believed to be the site of Noah's Ark landing after the Global Flood described in the Book of Genesis (8:4). Today, Mount Ararat is the highest peak in the Ararat mountain region, so it would have been the first peak exposed to the air after the floodwaters receded. Therefore, Noah's Ark likely landed on this peak or one of the nearby peaks in the region.
