Sea Urchin Evolution or Creation?

Biology
The sea urchin is a unique marine animal classified with the Echinoderms with a spherical shape one to four inches in diameter and covered with long spines all over its body. A bony shell protects the sea urchin's internal organs while a brain is non-existent. However, the entire nervous system of the sea urchin acts as a brain. Although the sea urchin can cause pain when touched by humans, the sea urchin cannot kill a human. The sea urchin does not have eyes but it is sensitive to the light, touch, and chemicals.
The sea urchin is clearly a unique animal that does not resemble any other animal. Evolutionists question the origin of the sea urchin and have a difficult time explaining which evolutionary tree it evolved from. How can anyone suggest that the sea urchin evolved from something else? The sea urchin is clearly a product of intelligent design by an Intelligent Designer.
